Read on its own Klook page on 18 September 2026: 4.8 out of 5 from 82 reviews, which clears our bar of 9.0 out of 10 and 50 reviews. It is the only trip departing Koh Tao itself that does; the others we found either leave from Koh Samui or Koh Phangan or carry too few reviews. No Koh Tao dive course on Klook had enough reviews to clear the bar. We have not done this trip.
Verified via. The operator below was read off its own Klook listing page on 18 September 2026, which states that the trip meets its crew at Mae Haad Pier. Koh Nang Yuan's own site publishes its 250 baht entrance fee for day visitors.

This is the half-day boat trip round Koh Tao for people staying on the island. The boat leaves from Mae Haad pier, and the listing describes the day as the viewpoint on Koh Nang Yuan, snorkelling at a reef it calls the Japanese Reef Garden, a stop at Mango or Lighthouse Bay on the north coast, and the hidden bays on the east side, with a Thai lunch on board. Morning and afternoon departures are both offered.
It is the one trip from Koh Tao that clears our bar. 4.8 out of 5 from 82 reviews. The Koh Tao and Nang Yuan trips with more reviews leave from Koh Samui or Koh Phangan, which makes them a long day at sea for someone already on Koh Tao, and several local trips carry only a handful of reviews.
Check whether Nang Yuan’s fee is included. The island is privately run and publishes its own entrance fee of 250 baht per person for day visitors, with no single-use plastic bottles and no fins allowed. About diving. Koh Tao is best known for learning to dive, and on 18 September 2026 no dive course or fun-dive trip on Klook had enough reviews to clear our bar. We will list dive operators when we can verify them to the same standard.
