Confirmed on Booking.com (9.4 from 651 reviews) and Agoda (9.2 from 902 reviews), checked 17 September 2026. Agoda lists it as The Peaberry Hotel. Booking.com shows an official three-star rating. Booking places it in Si Phum, and its coordinates sit about 80 metres inside the north-west corner of the moat. Sub-scores and facilities read from the Booking.com property page. We have not stayed here.

Two numbers make the case. Wifi scores a perfect 10, one of only three perfect wifi scores on this site, alongside Banyan Tree on Koh Samui and Mae Ya Resort on Koh Tao. And value for money scores 9.7, the best of anything we list in Chiang Mai. Staff score 9.9.
The softer numbers are facilities and location, both 9.3. The facilities Booking.com lists are practical rather than resort-like: a shuttle service, tour desk, laundry, free parking and breakfast. The location score is lower than BaanBooLoo’s 9.9 or The Inside House’s 9.8, and the map is worth a look: The Peaberry sits right at the north-west corner of the moat rather than in the middle of the Old City.
At around ฿3,148 a night, the combination of perfect wifi and top value inside the walls is hard to argue with if you are here to work.
