Confirmed on Booking.com (9.6 from 648 reviews) and Agoda (9.5 from 1,293 reviews), checked 17 September 2026. Both list it as Hotel Sensai Nimman Chiang Mai - Adults Only. Booking.com shows an official five-star rating and places it in Nimmanhaemin; its coordinates are about 300 metres east of Nimman Road. Staff and cleanliness both score 9.9, and that cleanliness figure is level with Maladee Rendezvous for the best we list in Chiang Mai. Comfort 9.8, facilities 9.6, value and location 9.5. For a five-star at this price, a 9.5 for value says guests broadly feel they got what they paid for.
Then wifi, at 8.7. Everything else on the board is 9.5 or better, so this is the number that stands out, and among our Nimman picks only G Nimman scores lower. If you are here on holiday it may not matter. If you are here to work, it matters a great deal.
It is adults only, and at around ฿15,480 a night it is the most expensive of our Nimman picks by a distance. It sits on a side street about 300 metres east of Nimman Road itself, so on the Old City side of the neighbourhood.
