Confirmed on Booking.com (9.2 from 526 reviews) and Agoda (9.2 from 7,053 reviews), checked 17 September 2026. Booking.com lists it as BED Nimman - Adults Only and Agoda as BED Nimman - Adult Only. Booking.com shows an official three-star rating and places it in Nimmanhaemin. Sub-scores and facilities read from the Booking.com property page. We have not stayed here.
9.2 on both platforms, and the Agoda figure rests on 7,053 reviews. Combined with Booking.com’s 526, that is the second-deepest review base we have in Chiang Mai, behind only U Nimman.
Staff and wifi both score 9.9, and that wifi score is the best of our Nimman picks. Cleanliness, comfort, value and location all sit at 9.4. Facilities, at 9.2, is the lowest number, and even that is a comfortable score.
It is adults only, has a pool, and at around ฿2,750 a night it is the least expensive of our Nimman picks. The contrast with G Nimman on the same soi is worth spelling out: BED Nimman costs less and scores 9.9 for wifi against G Nimman’s 8.0.
Nothing here is spectacular except the staff and the connection. Nothing is weak either, and the size of the review sample makes this one of the more dependable scorecards we list anywhere.
