The two platforms agree to within a tenth of a point across 1,293 reviews, which is the signal we look for. Scores that diverge between platforms usually mean one of them is thin.

Confirmed on Booking.com (9.6 from 612 reviews) and Agoda (9.5 from 681 reviews), checked 16 September 2026. Booking does not sub-district Koh Tao, so the area was assigned from coordinates: 0.46km from Ao Leuk against 1.42km to the nearest west-coast settlement. Sub-scores and facilities read from the Booking.com property page. We have not stayed here.

Both platforms have this near the top of the island: 9.6 from 612 on Booking.com, 9.5 from 681 on Agoda. Two independent samples of similar size, agreeing to a tenth of a point.

The scorecard is close to the best we have recorded anywhere. Staff 9.9, cleanliness 9.8, comfort 9.8, facilities 9.7, and a perfect 10 for wifi, which on an island where connectivity is a running complaint is worth stating plainly.

Then there is location at 8.7, the lowest of our Koh Tao listings. That number is not a criticism of the property and the property has not done anything wrong. It sits on the east coast, roughly half a kilometre from Ao Leuk, over a steep hill from the nearest village. Guests rating the location are rating how far they are from everything, and they are correct.

At around ฿3,500 a night it sits in the upper half of what we list on Koh Tao, which says more about the island than about the resort: on Koh Samui the same money buys a mid-range room.

The honest read: if you want a quiet bay, excellent service and wifi that works, this is a strong pick. If your idea of an evening involves choosing between restaurants, it is the wrong side of the island.
